Zoe Feldman (she/her) is the current Head of Corporate Development and New Ventures and the Director of the acclaimed Incubator program at Chobani. Prior to Chobani, Zoe spent five years working in venture capital, most recently as the Managing Director of two different funds focusing on the CPG F&B, sustainable agriculture/ag tech, and hospitality verticals, where she helped shepherd $35mm of capital into diverse entrepreneurs’ businesses. As an investor, she took a more “unique” approach to portfolio strategy and management, focusing on sociological and anthropological factors to inform her theses, and then making connections in the broader community to offer operational resources to portfolio companies. Prior to the VC world, Zoe spent eight years in a variety of roles at PepsiCo at their Global HQ in Purchase, NY. She has been working with industry entrepreneurs and seasoned executives alike for over a decade to democratize “better food for all.” Zoe is a big believer in building cross-functional communities, in the importance of open communication, and in working together to make the food system a more equitable, accessible, and dynamic place.
